Native Gazebo world voyage
Watch two WAM-Vs travel around the world without an account. Choose World/Vehicle views and Lead/Follow sensors. Preview pause stops your display while the voyage continues.

01 /
Set starting latitude / longitude
Set terrain coordinates and the robot starting location independently.
- Set the region coordinates in Workspace.
- Choose a prepared world and a robot profile.
- Set the robot latitude / longitude and surface spawn.

02 /
Waypoints
Add a waypoint on the map, check it and run a short native Autopilot route.
- Add waypoints on the map; right-click a point to remove it.
- Check the route on the terrain, then select Run route.
- Stop holds position; Continue resumes. Abort cancels and disarms.

03 /
Simulation speed
Select a target speed and check the measured simulation rate.
- Disarm and finish any active mission before changing speed.
- Select 0.25×, 0.5×, 1×, 2× or 4×. Actual speed depends on CPU / GPU and sensor load.
- Live AIS is hidden above 1×. Restore 1× before enabling it again.

04 /
Realtime AIS-synced ships
Enable AISStream and check received vessel reports. Coverage varies by location.
- Run at 1× and enable Marine traffic in Scene.
- Live messages supply vessel type, identity and available size data; coverage and reporting delays vary.
- Reported ships are visual-only, with no collision; faster simulation removes them.

05 /
Robot studio
Upload a data-only SDF/mesh bundle and create immutable model revisions.
- Upload an SDF or ZIP containing its local mesh assets.
- Edit mass, inertia or SDF, then validate and save a new revision.
- Read, upload or edit Autopilot parameters while disarmed; verify readback after applying.

Autopilot parameter editing

06 /
Custom Autopilot parameters
Read and edit an FCU parameter, then verify the applied value.
- Open Advanced parameters while disarmed.
- Upload a parameter file or edit a supported value.
- Apply and verify the native FCU readback; protected safety parameters remain restricted.

07 /
ROS2 topics
Search topics, subscribe, inspect values and draw supported world-frame poses.
- Search topics and inspect numeric plots, raw values or supported world-frame poses.
- Desktop RViz2 receives telemetry through the authenticated relay; the HTTPS connector carries it.
- Select ROS2 direct control in your world and connect your local code with www-posim-connect --control. The relay delivers native sensors and bounded robot commands.

ROS 2 direct control sends speed or thrust to your session.
- Connection loss: neutral thrust after 0.75 seconds
- Stop: remains latched until enabled
08 /
Dive & inspect
Watch BlueROV2 descend toward its inspection depth.
- Start with the underwater profile on the sea surface.
- Use the short inspection mission, then Vehicle to observe the descent and return.
- Compare robot depth, heading and native camera data.

09 /
Live sensors
Select a Gazebo camera from the sensor tree and enlarge its live image.
- Open Sensors and select a sensor from the tree.
- Camera streams support the configured 1, 2 and 5 Hz rates.
- Use numeric plots or raw values for supported non-image sensors.

10 /
Ground control
A collapsible map combines geographic planning and mission controls.
- Zoom, pan or locate the robot, and edit the route on the map.
- Arm/disarm, Stop, Continue and Abort remain available during an owned session.
- The full-screen Focus view retains the minimap and essential status.
